OTP’s research project on the senses started in 2015, with the event FOOD Bijou – Food becomes invaluable.
The event involved the designers of the Roman School of OTP in a unique journey that has linked the art of food with that of jewelry, starting from the school of cooking of Anna Moroni to finally arrive at Saboroma.
